While it may not have appeared so at first, Emily and John were destined to be together from the very beginning...
A STORY OF
TRUE LOVE
John and Emily are high school sweethearts but their journey together started long before then. John and Emily were actually in the same kindergarten class together! It was certainly not love at first sight with these two.
As Emily can recall John was the class clown that never stopped talking (it was rather annoying at the time). However, eventually his sense of humor grew on her and he makes sure to make her laugh as much as possibly every day still.
Emily and John have been able to share many special moments together including many school dances, prom, graduation, and getting their first adult jobs. John proposed to Emily in December 2022 on their ski trip to Vermont. John and Emily plan to continue filling their lives together with adventure and laughter.

John and Emily graduate Frostburg State University with their bachelor's degree. John continued for another year at Frostburg to get his master's degree.

John and Emily have gone to visit Shenandoah a few times in their relationship. It is one of their favorite parks to visit

MEET
STELLA
Stella is John and Emily's first child. Adopted on 11-10-21, Stella has been by the couple's side ever since. Her favorite snacks are peanut butter and whatever her parents have for dinner, and her favorite things to do in her spare time are take naps or go to the dog park. Stella can't wait for her parents to get married!
